About Suresh Wati (Artist)
Suresh Wati is a Delhi based artist naturally gifted with talent in the field of art which can be seen in the myriad of techniques she has mastered over the years.She is diploma holder in Commercial Art from New Delhi Polytechnic, Lajpat Nagar. She further specialized in the field of pottery and sculpture from IGNOU. She has mainly worked in pastels, acrylic and ink apart from mixed media. She has been experimenting on various types of pottery work and murals based on folk art as well as contemporary art. Her goal as an artist is to create objects that communicate our folklore with inspiration and ideas developed from studies of natural and cultural forms.She is currently associated with MaatiSrijan and Nav Sidhartha art group.
